The Friendly Ewe is your local sheep dairy! We're a small, licensed sheep dairy in western Maine producing sheep's milk ice cream, yogurt, and cheese, as well as art and wool products. We raise our own East Friesian sheep and sell breeding stock. We prioritize animal well-being and positively impacting the environment through rotational grazing and nutrient management.
